So what's the catch?

Fair question. At this price it is the first thing anyone thinks, so here is the actual answer.

  • There is no office, no sales team, and no account managers. A studio with a receptionist and three middlemen has to charge thousands before anyone touches your site. I do not have that overhead, so I do not have to charge for it. That is the whole trick — there isn't a second one.
  • The limit is me. I am one person and I take a small number of builds at a time. If the queue is full when you start, I will tell you the date I can begin before charging you anything.
  • It is a subscription, not a purchase. Stop paying and the hosting stops — but the code, content, and domain are yours to take anywhere. No cancellation fee, no hostage situation.
